Create a WMS layer (Web Map Server)

It allows to load image layers available to download from web servers. You need to have a Web Services License in order to use this option.

1. Click on the New layer tool,

2. In the layer creation wizard, select the “Layer WMS (Web Map Server)” option.

3. The following window will come up. Enter the WMS layer name and define the group where it will be located.

3. Specify the WMS Service URL

Here you will find a list of available WMS services, anyway you can use the one that it is more convenient for you.

4. Click on Finish and the selected layer will be loaded to the Reference Panel.
