The Export To... tool will allow you to export your customer folder data either to an Excel file or an .xml file. Click on the arrow to expand the menu and see the options.

Selecting "Export to Excel" will cause a window to pop up; here you may select different options for your export. Click on "Export" to proceed.

A window will pop up, allowing you to select a location for your export, and modifying the name of the new .xls. Click on "Save" to complete the export.

You need Microsoft Office installed in your computer; otherwise, the export will not be completed and the pop up seen below will appear.

Clicking on "Export to XML" will export any maps that might be in the customer folders, to an .XML file that can be imported into GeoAgro GIS.

After selecting "Export to XML", a window will pop up asking you if you'd like to proceed with the export. Click on "Yes" to confirm, otherwise click on "No". A window will pop up, allowing you to select a location for your export, and modifying the name of the new .xml. Click on "Save" to complete the export.
