It's not possible to connect with the Cplanner server at this time. Your internet connection may have been lost

Possible causes:

  1. The CPlanner Server is currently down.
  2. The CPlanner Server did not accept the request from your CPlanner connections
  3. There is an issue with with your internet connection
  4. Your local security settings may be blocking connections to the CPlanner server
  5. Your network settings may be blocking the connection to the CPlanner server

What can be done:

  1. Wait a couple of minutes, then try again
  2. Check your internet connection, then try again
  3. Check if your installed software and firewall applications are allowing access to ""
