Must I work with online folders? Can I download them, work on them and then upload changes?

Cplanner does not work with online folders. To access a folder, users check them out, and in this process they download their content. Only then they are able to work on them, and to send those changes back to the NRCS, they must check in the folders; in this process they upload the modifications.
