GeoAgro Cplanner proxy configuration enables to connect to the NCPDB behind a proxy server. This is common in offices, though some home Internet Service Providers may use proxy servers in their networks.

When GeoAgro CPlanner detects a proxy server, it automatically shows the Proxy Configuration window. If it doesn't, you may find it inside the "Configuration options".

To enable the proxy server configuration, please check the "Use a proxy configuration" box. Other fields you need to complete are:

  • Address: your proxy server address.
  • Port: your proxy server port.
  • User credentials: Some proxy servers may require an authentication; in that case, please check the "Use credentials" box, and complete your "User" and "Password" fields with the required information.

If you don't know your proxy server address, port or user credentials, you may request it from your IT team or your ISP support.
