Exercise 01 – Upload your requests to Workgroup

Click on the “Workgroup” tab.A login window will pop up. Complete the form with your user and password.
Import your requests from GIS into Workgroup database
Move over to the toolbar; drop down the “Import” menu and click on “Add”
Select the plan project you want to import. In our exercise, we want to import a layer within the subproject “SF1” within “Maine Forestry”. Double click on “Maine Forestry”.
Double click again on “SF1” to see the layers available to import. You have just added a note to the “Practice Polygon” layer. To submit it, you have to upload your changes to the Workgroup server. Click on the layer to select it and then click on “Save” to commit the changes.
The other layers have not been modified. Select them and undo the check out by clicking on “Undo”
to unlock them for other users to edit if needed.
