Importing State/Country datasets into your project in GeoAgro GIS

To add data for your area, follow these steps:

• Download the State of your choice from the list below and save it to a known location in your disk
• Start a new, empty project in GeoAgro GIS
• Use the Restore Backup tool to import the dataset into your project.
• Once imported, double click on the States layer, to see the entire State

If you have downloading issues ...

Note:

If you had issues downloading the datasets such as corrupted downloads, you may use a Download Manager such as Flashget. Follow these steps: Go to http://www.flashget.com/en/download.htm , click on 'Download'. Install Flashget. Right click on the link of your dataset of choice, then copy the link ("Copy shortcut" if you're using Internet Explorer). In Flashget select Edit > Paste URL. Click on OK. The file will start to download. When it has finished downloading, right-click on Flashget and select: 'Open Destination Directory' to find your download
