The folder is not locked by the user. To continue, please lock the Customer Folder

Possible causes:

  1. The Customer Folder is not locked.
  2. The Customer Folder was unlocked from another computer using your credentials.

What can be done:

  1. Update the grid and try again.
  2. 'Undo CheckOut' or 'Delete' the local Customer Folder (if you have a local copy), Check out and download the folder again, make some updates, save it, and check it back in again.
