There is wrong data in the Customer Folder

It is likely that TSPs will encounter missing or incorrect data occasionally.  The following steps are recommended:

  • If the bad data directly impacts the work of the TSP, the TSP should contact the NRCS field office to verify the information. 
  • If the incorrect information does not impact the TSPs planning efforts, there is probably no need to contact the field office. This helps avoid further delays and to increase unnecessary workload on the field staff. These minor data issues may be corrected as part of the conservation planning effort, and corrected as part of the delivery of the Conservation Plan final draft.
