Unable to access doc exchange
Even though you may have partial access to a customer folder (meaning you may be able to see some conservation plans within), to access the corresponding Document Exchange folder you need permissions to the whole customer folder.
To request such permissions, please submit your request to the NRCS. Please review this article to learn how to request permissions to access a customer folder. When filling the CPA-70 form, make sure you request either permission number 1 ("All NRCS NCP folders and plans for the participant") or 2 ("Only plans in the following NRCS folder(s)").
