It's not possible to connect with the USDA server at this time.

Possible causes:

  1. The USDA server is down, blocked or inaccessible
  2. An issue with your internet connection
  3. Your local security settings may be blocking connections to the CPlanner server
  4. Your network settings may be blocking the connection to the CPlanner server

What to do:

  1. Wait a couple of minutes, then try again
  2. Check your internet connection, then try again
  3. Check your installed software and firewall applications
  4. If you're using a corporate network, contact your network administrator to check your permissions, and enabled connections
