I don't see any customer folders or counties in CPlanner

If you log in CPlanner for the first time, you may find out there are no customer folders available for download, and no counties available to select.


Please note: This is not an error; to see a customer folder (and to see counties available to select), you need to first to be granted permissions by NRCS staff to access it.

Also, CPlanner only lists those counties with customer folders you have access to; if a TSP hasn't gained access to any customer folder yet, no counties will be available to select.
