The Recommendation request provides an Microsoft Excel template that the GeoAgro implementators can use to provide information about a particular farm.
To download the Recommendation Request form, click on the corresponding link. You'll be asked to save a file named "Sample.xlst", accept it.
Once it's downloaded, browse to the file location and open it.
It will open in your default editor. You may now enter your farm information.
